Okay, this may have been done before, but in an effort to get a decision for 2011 let's see how this 7 day poll works out :)

Personally I've just put the original back on as the reception on AM was non existent and FM was flaky. Let's see if that was the right decision from a fashion point of view.

Whatever the final decision, I shall abide by it.

agree with you Inkey, but cant bring myself to attach the 5ft whip. Do we think this acts as an identifying feature of members from the forum? i know i look out for it on Zeds as i pass... ??

Yeah, I do too but the stubby has always seemed a little 'inadequate' to me (in performance and stature!). It's a great identifier I agree but I'd rather listen to the cricket or football on 5Live while hacking through the countryside :driving:

Stubby all the way, I guess to compensate for my huge engine :D

Question, does a stubby aerial effect the sat nav? or is that aerial separate and unaffected..... maybe a dumb ass question....

My stubby is just fine, the FM works and my Sirius is unaffected and no-one listens to AM anymore ... :driving:

Stubby....
The stubby has little if any affect on radio signal strength in the area where I live but even if it did the stubby looks so much better.... :sweetheart:

i never listen to radio, its cds or ipod so reception is not an issue

stubby for me, i also think the stubby to be a z4 forum id badge, although i accept loads don't have them

Stubby all the way. Not been caught without signal to date.

I reckon a 5 ft CB ariel woild look cool.
