only if you can keep up ! (OK, joking obviously!).. I've always wanted one :D

As long as I can keep up with the tractors, it'll be fine!
Always a bit steady going in South Devon but I'm well up for any excuse to get out and about a bit!

Please can I be behind you going up Telegraph Hill - I think I can safely say the R8 is going to win in the noise stakes, if nothing else.....

Yes mate that will be really cool! Love the R8 you will have to give me a tour of the car! :)

You'll be hard pushed around here though, one of my neighbours has a Labourghini tractor, in white (with rust) 🤣 not even joking

Going to get some epic film footage of all the cars, quite a few coming now including the fb group members also.

If its Z events thing...count me out ...have fun...
Mike

Well no I don't know who Z events are. I'm just a Z4 forum member from Devon with my own idea of sharing my favourite route :)

Just to clear it up, the fb group I am on is not Z events or Z4 events.

I've only owned this car for 2 months, this is my own idea and event. And it will be fun :) I don't tolerate end bells either, don't worry folks.

Maybe this trip is not for me.....

Only kidding, I get what you mean as some car clubs are a bit, weird.

Join us as we take a winding picturesque journey through the South coast of Devon in our Z4's! (Prev Z4 owners who now own R8s, or other sports cars still welcome!)

Starting in Exeter at the Moto services car park for strong coffee between 8.30am - 9.30am on 22nd May, get to know your local (or not so local) Z owners.
Planning to set off at 9.30am onto the M5 Southbound, leading onto the A380 for a good dual carriageway blast through the surrounding forestland.

Shortly followed with turning off towards Starcross for the coastal route via Dawlish, Teignmouth, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth, Slapton Sands, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, and ending up at Hope Cove. Those who don't know the route are in for a treat. We have ordered sunshine!

Should arrive at Hope Cove for lunchtime. Once we estimate numbers we can call ahead to the pub and see if they can sort out a lunch and shandy booking, amidst the current situation (so we don't need to bring our own picnic 😂)

Any questions just ask. I have set this up myself, I haven't met any other zedders yet.

More info and updates coming soon.

Woop!

Tom
