I would like to be that way too but I've seen what's going on here first hand for many months I know nothing is certain. The yes campaign convinced and signed up a substantial number of people, they think near enough a million who had never voted and given the background of most of these people I would assume they woukd be more of a yes than a no but we'll know by 6/7ish for sure.

When your job along with the rest of your family are on the line along with the fact your family could be blown apart you want the actual real result and not how certain people are and until we have that I'll continue to be extremely worried.

I just woke up to 53% yes, 47% no in big numbers on the telly, and lots of cheering - nearly cried, then realised that was just Glasgow. It would appear that, barring some massive aberration, the vote is no. Thank f**k for that.
 
It looks like a No 'win' but some big places still to declare their results.

It ain't over til the fat lady sings. . . .

I was surprised by the turnout to be honest. I thought it would be a bit higher (close to 90%) given the nature of what was being asked. We used to get turnouts as high as that at elections a few decades ago.

Mind you compared to turnouts at the last three general elections (40% haven't bothered to even spoilt their ballot paper) it is good.
 
Business as usual, Dundee voted Yes, as I predicted, no surprise there.

The UK will never be the same from today. I hope that as a Nation and as a United Kingdom we pull together and move firward.

If only Dave had not neen so arrogant and allowed 'Devo-Max' as an option, Im sure it would have avoided all this economic hiatus and crap.
 
Can start by making the spend per head fair across all four members...
