Great debate, on my way home now (if anyone is in any of the zed's ive seen/waved to today?).
I'm with pvr - i'm English and would never dream of voting independence. It's not even a question - i'm happy to pay stupid tax to be part of a better country. Sometimes i think people need to get out more and realise how much of a good deal we really have here.
Coincidentally, on voting day i walked past a polling 'place' as they call it - Yes woman stood outside harassing voters. Scottish guy with two sons walks past tells her to do one, turns out shes English - told me i'd have to live in Scotland to understand, i told her she should try living anywhere in the UK and i bet she'd notice no difference other than having less free stuff.
As i mentioned before i'd heard riots in Glasgow were planned regardless of outcome. no surprise really, i doubt either 'side' was actually involved - just footie idiots.
I'm skeptical of 'devo-max' as it works on the principle that local govt is better than central. Have you ever been in your local council office? Christ - they can barely organise parking permits. I'd prefer fairer voting, a more sustainable, self sufficient and green agenda and (contrastingly...) escape from EU control.
