Z4forum "meet" - weekend of 02/03/04 July

Put me down as a definite please. I might arrange my own hotel though because I may come up on the Thursday and have a bit of long weekend.

This is what I get for not reading the meets section for a bit.
Put me down for attending. I'll camp with the others! Do ya'll do smores? Do we get to tell ghost stories-like the one about the Z4 that got in an accident! Or how about the ghost story about T-cutting the entire car?! :poke: :poke:

Ok, really, put me down for attending! I will be camping (so long as others do too-which I think I saw), and I will be zipping along singing zippity doo dah zippity day!

Now that I've decided I'm going.....

Where is this? (I guess I'll read all the posts)

*edit found where it is....well I think I did. Do I need to book the campsite area or will Craig be super rad and do that for me? Can ya'll handle a Yank in the group? What about more yanks? They don't drive Z4's but I can think of a few that would probably love to head up that way, a few might even be petrol heads!
 
so.. yeah... same question as yankeedoodle above...

Do we need to book in the campsite ourselves? or is someone exchanging bookings for beer?
 
I have booked the crooklands for the friday and saturday £86 per night, :thumbsup: My wife wimped out of the camping plan.

You need to book the hotel/campsite yourselves, details are somewhere earlier in the thread (page 7) . Once you've booked P.M. Craig or myself to confirm that you'll be there. Campsite is only 300 yards from Hotel so we picked it for it's convenient location especially if the weather isn't great :(
There are loads of other hotels/b&bs around Kendal for those who want to pick something cheaper/more expensive but it would be great if we were all staying near to each other for a saturday night meet up.

I'm still up for the meet/drive etc. Won't be stopping at the hotel due to lack of funds, though - I move into my first house at pretty much exactly the same time!
 
Put me down as a maybe for this. I'm registering my interest now, so I can keep updated. I'd suggest Saturday BBQ, so we can all sit around the BBQ and chat! :)

Is there a deadline for confirming attendance at this thing? After missing the Scotland meet last week I'm pretty keen to make this but can't commit for another few weeks due to mine and the girlfriend's work.

Not really,but the sooner the better,so we know numbers
(more so if u r staying over/hotel or camping,cheers)

Brilliant - will speak to the ladyfriend and try and get things sorted at work. Even if I'm meant to be working that weekend, I'm due a few favours :wink:
 
Just checking on Lidl site and this thursday they have some camping gear on sale so they might be a few bits of interest for the ones who are camping :thumbsup:

Damm, can't believe it, just joined because of the read up on the Wales run, but I can't make this one :headbang: I'm at Spa that weekend with a mate whose racing, hoping to get my car round the track too :evil:
 
Hey folks,i will be posting more info/pm ing every one on the list when i get back my honeymoon,as i am getting married next saturday
and going on hols after thet til 2nd june(volcano permitting,lol)
