Z4forum "meet" - weekend of 02/03/04 July

Not sure if i will be able to make the Saturday drive but planning to camp on the Saturday night ready for the Sunday drive. Put me down on the list as coming and will try to get over early ont the sat.

Will anyone be heading over from the Yok area and want to convoy?

that would be fine but even better if you can make it to the start in Kendal :) I had you down as a possible for helping Craig and I set the Dales route and maybe leading a group :wink:
 
Ok sounds fun, please excuse my ignorance but I haven’t actually read all 12 pages. Is the day your starting in Kendal the day your heading to the dales? I don’t mind leading a group over the dales, send me a pm if you like of where your starting and where you want to end up and I will help you put a route together.

Remiss of me in not doing it sooner, but finally booked myself into the Waters Edge Caravan Park for Friday and Saturday nights :)

I'll be Billy no Mates as Mrs CJ had a foot operation this week and won't be able to walk for 6 weeks, so camping and driving will be at the bottom of her list of 'must do's'.
 
I've recently been appointed (late) as an examiner for this year's English exams, so my attendance to this will now depend on how that goes, seeing as I need to mark 25-30 a day for 3 weeks! :o
 
Still up for the drive only on the sunday through the dales,can either meet you all at kendal or if there is a bit of a convoy coming from my neck of the woods then happy to tag along :thumbsup:

John has kindly sorted a route for Sat And Sunday

Guys, fraid I can no longer attend due to a family wedding that popped up from nowhere (don't think there are any shotguns involved) I had a room booked at the crooklands which has now been cancelled, I have Pm'd Craig.
Hope you all have a great time and look forward to lots of pics. Maybe next year
 
Hi folks,
back my honeymoon now and have updated the list,as above(pg.12),and ,unfortunately,Ally,Nosa and Taz x,have all had to pull out :( /but we have a few new names added;namely Sixspeed &Tweed now being able to make it,and Matty,RGVTREV And Jimmypop now down for attending :D

So we now have aprox 25 definites,with some camping,some in hotel,some coming for drives only,and others to confirm final details/so hopefully a good turnout,of the majority of the 40 names/cars,turning up :D :thumbsup:
 
Hmmm.. I should have my car by the time this rolls around and it seems like a good opportunity to chew the fat with fellow owners; tempted I am

Think Taz had to pull out when I said I could make it, because he's scared of my superior driving skills and stature ;)

Have sent off my deposit to the campsite; Will be getting there Friday late afternoon/early evening to set up and relax. Anyone else going to be there Friday night?
