Americans just have to much to do on the way to the office. Like eat, shave, put on makeup, Have a w**k to Ipad porn.

Christ! the women in your neck of the woods sound rough !!! :o

you guys shuld try driving over here, they're all asleep. Morning green light 2/3 car go by max. If its rains...1 maybe. I'm sure they're quicker in Jamaica!

people who sit in the centre or outside lane, when not overtaking. - Keep left when not overtaking ! Or make undertaking legal - although this would be frightening as the majority of drivers seem to have no awareness of the space around them/blind spotts.

Top of the list is the ones that, say, drive at 30mph in a 40mph zone.... on the bloody fast lane! :headbang:
And then you flash them to move and they don't and to piss you off!

Just make undertaking legal, that way they will definitely move over to the inside lane, just to be awkward.

What annoys me are the people who drive at a constant 42mph on A roads, whether it is a 60, 40 or even 30mph limit they still do 42mph, and if you overtake them they flash at you,

haha yes some people are of the option that the national speed limit is 40 for some reason, but also think that 30 is too slow so drive quicker past schools and through housing estates.

For instance the woman i followed home today from fishing, (not in the zed) a speed camera along a nice 60 stretch with a national sign 200 yards before it (the camera) decides to brake down to 40.

Im going to People that flash and beep when you make a safe overtaking manouver.

However I do disagree with your number 1 point Kryton, speed limits are limits not guideline speeds, if the person feels that 25 is more appropriate for the road and or conditions then 25 is the speed you should be doing.

Does anyone ACTUALLY know why drivers sit in the middle lane with an empty nearside , has anyone ever spoken to a middle lane driver ???
oh and why someone will park right next to you in an otherwise almost empty car park ? .................and the meaning of life

i think all my pet hates seem to involve roundabouts...

when 2 lanes go straight on, someone in the left turning right without indicating

left hand lane turning right, and a recently seen one of right hand lane turning left.

and another favourite of me being in the right hand lane turning right, when the person to my left tries to straight line the roundabout and then gestures at you when they nearly drive into your car.

I once travelled with an elderly member of my family, actually my Father  on the UK mainland and he insisted on only using the centre and outside lanes despite nothing being in the inside lane :headbang:
The explanation was, and I quote 'he once had a puncture on the M1 and while parked on the hardshoulder changing the wheel the police arrived. In conversation with the officer he said he was suprised at getting a puncture on the motorway. Apparently the officer explained that the inside lane often has debris on it from the commercial traffic and he would be better off staying out of the inside lane and sticking to the centre lane.' I kid you not. As this is one of my pet hates on UK roads I have regularly given him sh*t for it but as you would expect he always quotes the officer from the motorway patrol car :  : Theres nothing I can do or say that will make him mend his way. I said he should get a ticket for obstruction but as he has never even been pulled over and nor has he had another puncture on the motorways he genuinly believes the advice he recieved was good advice and no one is going to change that.
And he still does it to this day, motorway or dual carraigway, and more often than not well under the speed limit.

Please show pity in your responces as it's almost as embarrissing to tell you this as it is to travel any distance with him in the car, unless ofcourse he lets me drive :driving: Then I get the sh*t.

Following old pensioners in Nissan Micra (or other small old bangers) doing 35mph in 60mph

Today, I had my first most annoying other driving incident for quite some time.

Was turning right into a street, impatient c0ck is going right from the same street I'm turning into on the wrong side of the road, he was passing traffic turning left.

Thankfully I wasn't erm, driving with vigor so avoided a stack. However had we'd had a stack I think I'd have been within my rights to have gone absolutely mental :headbang: .

Asked him if he'd been a c0ck long he then starts getting all shouty as if I'm in the wrong. Mental

All of the above annoys me, probably middle lane drivers the most, one thing that hasnt been mentioned is people who put their fog lights on when it rains..... arrrrghhhh, it doesnt help, turn the bl0ody thing off!!

:x

Lately I've been behind dither's who stop 10' from the line at a junction or mini roundabout. :headbang:

People who stop at empty roundabouts :headbang: why? roundabouts are there to improve traffic flow! then by the time they do decide to move it's no longer safe to do so, Doh!

Lorries that overtake each other at 1mph speed differential, meaning they block 2 lanes of a dual carriageway for 10 mins while they overtake.

X 2, definitely my biggest annoyance on the road.
