Well I'm usually on the case and can spot these things miles off, but I have an odd noise that's bugging me.
Best way to describe it is a noise similar to when as kids we'd stick a twig in the spokes of our bikes and it made the high speed clicking noise as you rode (Well I did) It's faint, but annoying and noticable with windows open or roof down.
It's related to speed not engine revs and frequency is way above 1 rev per wheel, but has to be a wheel or axle issue.
Initial though is a wheel bearing or perhaps brake pads on the grooved discs. appeared 1,000 miles ago and hasn't changed or got worse since (I was kind of hoping it would to aid finding)
Any thoughts, or anyone had this before?
