STOLEN! YL03 HCA - Update 5 - Home, for now!

That sucks. My neighbour had his house broken into and the stole the keys to his 911 - police followed the tracker and it was at Tilbury docks within a couple of hours of being stolen.

Hope yours is found.

Bad news, hope all gets sorted soon.

....do you think it could have been your Mother?? After driving her round on Sunday, maybe she loved it that much she thought she'd nick it!!?? :evil:
 
s**t news mate :( even worse that they stepped into your home to get them. Don't think I could handle that.

Here's hoping for some good news. Either you get your car back or the thieves crash and burn to death. Sounds much better tbh.
 
Thats terrible news.. Much damage to the house?

My house was done over a few years ago.. luckily i had my keys upstairs, but its a horrible feeling knowing someone has rummaged into your home.

i will keep an eye out for you though as i am not too far.. written the plate on a post-it for my car!
 
s**t news that mate, here's hoping it's found pronto! Worth asking around if anyone in the area/town has been hit, would narrow it down more knowing if it's a serial/"professional" thief likely to be shipping it or putting it in a lockup, or a joyboy/spur of the moment kind of thing where it could be dumped or in a garage.

Thieving scum, grr, I'm angry for you, your car is unique with the Raspberry PI & phablet mods so would be difficult to sell on, I hope you get it back in one piece.
 
Sorry to hear what you've been through. I've been there and it's not nice

I found the home intrusion was the thing that angered me the most.

Hope you get a decent payout from insurance.

so, the fuzz forensics lot came round and found no fingerprints - suggests they wore gloves.
also found the remains of a "bump key" in the door lock.

he believes I was actively targeted for the car.

still no sight or sound of it tho.

mother fuckers.
 
Sorry about your news......not good I know. Hope you get some news back soon.....and they they have found the cun$s who took it......
 
If actively targetted, then maybe it's been taken somewhere specific? I know stolen JCB's end up going to ireland via Sea, or out of the UK via Tilbury docks.. could be worth ringing them and asking them to check security footage at specific times (the time it'd take to drive directly there once stolen).

Really hope the police help you out - nasty people out there deserve some serious karma.

Blimey... Really sorry to hear this! I am only down in wilford and have a very similar car! makes me wonder if the random vans that have been round collecting scrap metal have all been innocent or if people have been looking!
I haven't seen it but have told friends to keep an eye out! I know some one in plumtree had their range rover taken with keys not that long ago.
Really sorry to hear about it. Really sucks!
