My Zed was stolen from my garden last night.

doubt I'll hear anything from here, but it's definately been nicked.

fucking angry and extremely upset.

Sorry to hear about this, were the keys taken from the house then?

My dad's house was robbed last year, they found the keys and took his 335d m sport coupe, which is what they were probably after in the first place.

It's a horrible experience.
 
yep, looks like they got in through the back door some how and took the keys.
had a good rummage in the front room, but think they left when the dog woke up in the kitchen

i know its a long shot but check any local supermarket carparks or any local carparks. they tend to leave them locally for 24 hours to see if they have trackers fitted, then go back for them the next day. a guy at work had his house done in the night and took both his and the wifes cars, the police found them both only streets away from his house. an old gent was up and see them park the cars and run off, so sat up most of the night looking out of his window. every hour they come back to check they were still there. so he phoned the police and both cars then got recovered.

i hope you do get it back

Spot on - worth a try, my dads was left in a hotel car park 20miles down the M4, fortunately his had a tracker... but a new set of keys wasn't cheap. It was however quite impressive how the police were able to follow it down the motorway using various cameras and could track which junctions it came off at etc.
 
I wouldn't rule out a forum member spotting it . If they've got the keys they are probably going to be driving it around. All Zed owners are constantly looking for other Zeds, so its just a matter or time, (unless they hide it, strip it or export it )

Good luck with the outcome. (I'm not sure if I'd want it back ranted and abused, sometimes I think I'd rather have the money and start afresh).
 
Absolute nightmare sk93. Hope you get a happy ending and the police find the thieves.
Keep an eye out for a grey 3.0 reg: YL03 HCA people.
 
Oh mate, that's awful - and after you doing all that work to get it back on the road again :cry:

Really hope you find it, and in one piece.
