Scottish Z4M Clubsport build

Nice build, looking good!

You can code this out I believe, can't remember his name on here but a chap in Bath did this for me as well as 'M track mode'. I haven't noticed it since he did the coding, other than usual fade on a hot day the pedal has been consistent since.
I was going to post the same - I coded ///M track mode and removed the emergency brake booster without any issues as a novice to coding. If I can find the instructions I followed, I’ll post them.

It doesn’t sound like that is your current problem OP (although it will be as soon as the brakes are working properly). I agree with an earlier post about needing to re-bleed the system.

Your car sounds great - I’m another who has arrived at a similar place by a different path. I’ve yet to fit my CoolerWorx shifter - it’s been sitting on a shelf in the garage for rather longer than I care to mention!

I have E36 strut tower reinforcement plates, KW camber plates and a BMW strut brace. I didn’t have any problems dialling in camber or with fitment under the bonnet with the OEM intake plenum.

So things have taken a another step along the track route and I’ve added a rear wing.

Personally I think it looks great, might not be to everyone’s taste and have zero aerodynamic purpose but I designed the mounts myself so I’m happy. View attachment 297351View attachment 297350
At least the angle of attack looks vaguely plausible .. really need a suitable extended front splitter to create the impression of an aerodynamically balance car..otherwise too much rear downforce (in concept)

Spoiler is fully adjustable so can be moved to suit.

Ahh you mean something like this ? IMG_1240.jpeg

Fairly straight forward to make and only required 2 holes drilling for rivnuts and threaded bar to support the front.

Will be sealed with epoxy and painted.

Still need to work out how to fill the gap in the centre.

I used cheap garden edging trim.

That’s exactly what I used as well, never cut it down at the sides though. Functioned great but now looking at exit tunnels to try and create some downforce. Also need to add a wide naca duct to pull air out from behind the oil cooler as the temps were creeping up slightlyIMG_1262.jpeg

Also, got a link to those yellow angel eyes ?

Can I have the computational fluid dynamics working for this pls..? asking for a friend!-:)

I couldn’t be bothered trimming the sides on the 2nd iteration either 🤣

Re exit tunnels, just make sure you have really good bracing (i.e. chassis mount).

Re DRL, I tried a few but it’s either one of these 2, don’t recall where I landed but if I had to guess maybe the first?

It matches my light bar and helps tie the McDonalds theme I’m going for lmao.
