If this doesn't work, it will be the roof latch not locking properly when down. A gentle push down in the centre of the lowered hood, just behind the seats, whilst holding the hood down button, should lock it in place and see the windows come up. It's important to make sure the roof is always locked down as, at high speed, the wind can get under the front of it and lift it up..
