If this doesn't work, it will be the roof latch not locking properly when down. A gentle push down in the centre of the lowered hood, just behind the seats, whilst holding the hood down button, should lock it in place and see the windows come up. It's important to make sure the roof is always locked down as, at high speed, the wind can get under the front of it and lift it up..
Disagree!!oke: The windows should still come back up even though the roof doesn't lock down in the open position. Many people including myself (even though my roof isn't working at the mo) suffer from the roof not clicking shut due to how the roof folds when lowering and the wind will NOT get underneath and start lifting it. They omitted the locking mechanism on the facelift model because of this.
Just because it hasn't happened to you don't be so sure it can't happen. The reason I KNOW it can is because it did happen to me last December on a German autobahn. Of course it can't come up very far, but enough to be pretty loud and unpleasant for a few seconds until I slowed and pushed it down
