Hey I bought a E89 Z4 with the roof not working, it seems like I found the issue but I don’t understand what I’m missing.
Firstly I'll describe the issue: currently the roof is completely closed and when you press and hold the button to open the roof nothing happens with the roof. The dash shows the roof icon in yellow and that’s it!
I scanned it with my Foxwell NT530 and the luggage compartment separation is showing that it’s not closed even though it’s very clearly fully seated down. Is there another component to sensing if the compartment is properly down and if so where is it/how do i gain access to it?
