Probably the worst week of my life :-(

Thank you so much and for the kind comments on the Zed.

Thanks for the offer to meet up, I'm going to be spending Christmas with close family as my mums funeral will be on the 6th Jan, but will try my best to enjoy Christmas as much as I can.

Tim.

Just logged in to catch up with what is going on in the Z world. So sorry to hear of your loss Tim. Glad to hear you'll be around friends. Look after yourself.

So sorry to hear of your loss Tim. My Mum passed away a couple of months ago and I was at her side for the last week of her life. I had a similar experience to yours in that 'the end' brought about a feeling of great peace. She had suffered so much that it was a relief seeing her able to finally let go surrounded by those who loved her. In another similar twist of fate, my girlfriends car was badly vandalised in the hospital car park but it didn't seem to matter at the time. Anyway, best wishes.

The toughest thing I ever did was to give my mother that last kiss and walk from the room knowing that I would probably never see her again.

Three years ago now, it still hurts but that's only a measure of the love and affection we have for them.

So sorry to hear about your mum Bradders, hope you are manageing to get through your grief. I was very glad I was with my mum until the end and its certainly helped me cope a little better. When my dad passed away I didn't want to be there at the end and regretted it very much so over the past 24 years and remember went to pieces at the time. With my mums passing I feel much calmer and able to cope now but still the awful feeling of that person missing in your life.

Tim.

Thanks Tim. I've been ok recently but today really hits home. Hope you're coping ok and having a good day given the circumstances. Let's all be sure to raise a glass to absent parents.

Hi

Hold in there ... time does heal

But celebrate all the good times, as we always have our memories so people are not forgotten ... I have just purchased a Melbourne Red 35s with most options
Get yourself down the dealer and get one :)

Happy new year .. thinking of you today ... one day we may meet

off to see M now

Thanks James, I've not long changed from the E89 to the M135i but will have to wait at 2 years to change back to the Zed, a little ironic as I needed a hatch for a wheelchair....not any more :(

Happy New Year.

Tim.
