A week ago or so, I wanted to send new destination to my car and got message, that my susbscription expired, which is not true, car is not even a year old. Now app still shows my car in Wales, where I was on a trip and doesn't want to update. I even uninstalled it and installed again, but still the same. Anyone else having issue with updates from car?

Subscribed until 2024-07-21. Then extend your service with your Connected Booster package

Activated
Everything else is either green or valid until the same date on 2024. Looks like I will have to contact support, was hoping it will be avoidable and it's some BMW backend problem. Initially, I thought it might be lack of reception in Wales and that's why app didn't update data from car.

BMW support told me to try this to reset;
Please can you complete a service update inside your vehicle through the iDrive which will help to establish a stronger connected between the app and your BMW. This service update refreshes the services within the vehicle and also fixes any bugs in the backend of the system and rectifies anything blocking information being pass through. Please follow the instructions below:
Go onto Home Screen
Click into ‘Apps’
Click ‘Options’ button (Located next to the iDrive Controller)
Scroll and select ‘Update Apps & Services’
Please allow these steps a full 24 hour period to complete,

Thanks for the tip. It sorted the issue. Car came back home from holiday and it's now showing at right location on a map and I can see updated status of everything else.
Problem was probably triggered by no reception and then it didn't want to update. Traffic information worked ok.
