Preheat not possible on Mybmw app?

Is it just me.. or is the preheat function not possible for the Z4 in the mybmw app?

Cant find it :?

On some cars its possible to change the country code in the ECU to enable functions not normally available in your country. For example on my Alfa MiTo i was able to turn off the alarm beep on locking by changing it a different country where that option wasn't allowed.
Maybe Carley could enable it?

Weird, cause in Belgium here. Some bmw’s of friend have the function, mine not.. maybe because its a convertible its not possible… weird though.

Maybe the preheat function isn’t available for convertibles due to design or safety reasons. It might help to check with your BMW service center or explore if coding tools like BimmerCode can unlock it for your car.

I have ventilation available on the app. I assumed it was for cooling, but never used it.

I also have ventilation, tried it the other day with car in the garage and never left it long enough to see if it heated up. It was on for sure with cold air. :headbang:
