Leaked pictures of production Z4

Don't see enough differences to make me want to swap :thumbsdown:
When you think what they could have come up with, a mix of the current Z4 and the i8 perhaps with a hybrid engine. Now that would have been worth changing for. Will wait a year or two and go for a second hand i8 roadster

I like the shape of the car and the rear of the car. (it looks quite short and square again, not sure what the exact lenght/width ratio is though)
But I think its a pity that they didnt continue the classic dual headlight arrangement that has been such an iconic bmw design element, and that it doesnt have proper angel eyes.
In the front headlight there is a 2nd light but arranged more above it, which messes up the distictive look bmw's have had for the last 35 years or so.
I'd rather have that it had more of the new 8 series headlights, which makes the front look more bmwesque/more aggressive:

Are they deliberately showing bad pictures of it to cover up how it really looks?
It looks quite short and dumpy but also quite tall in the pics as well.
It also looks like there are covers that will need to be installed/removed when putting the roof up and down like the E85.

Hate to say it but I think the Supra looks better 
There are elements that I like, one thing I can’t look passed is the headlights that look like they have been taken from the current facelift transit van

Looks very E89-ish to me, can't say I like it that much so far. Am definitely more interested in the Supra at the moment
Hmmm, won't be getting my money. I'll bet they will be throwing crazy finance deals at these from the start. :thumbsdown:
