"....again, false. first of all, i had no idea they didnt come with blanking plates as i was not advised. secondly, if you go on ebay and look at sold listings, there is one side vent which sold without the blanking plate for £15 inc delivery. so actually he got the right money for what he was selling but he just decided to not make me aware of exactly what was for sale!

"....this was all after the sale was done and i received the vents without the blanking plates., so what does it really mean? and how about mentioning how many times i chased you about the plates and you ignored me? and then telling me how busy you are but you have time to respond to ppl who are asking you for prices on parts etc....come on mate.

" but you were not upfront and you did ignore several PMs so i was left with no choice. i'm a man of principle. it is not about the money, it is a matter of principle. being 100% honest when selling something is very important.

....and £30...are they serious...??"....yep, it is the principle and actually i wasnt going to bother but got pretty pissed off because he kept ignoring me and telling me things like i should have gone thru his whole thread and looked for pics of the vents...why would i do that? how would i know that pics would be there? all i did was PM him to ask a price for vents hoping he had them. he said he did, the deal was done...simple. ive done this a million times with no issue.

the pics show what was on sale , the witless individual clearly thought he was buying the vents with blanks then had a hissy when he thought he'd been done over :thumbsdown: sends my misanthropy off the scale :!:".....slightly presumptuous...you dont even know both sides of the story.

not sure what else to say, i think everything has been addressed. most of what i see on the thread is ppl having a go without actually knowing all the facts.
