Bit late to the party but reading through it seems z4all didn’t look at the photos and in his own words “Assumed “ the plates came with the vents, which if he had looked at the pics he would of seen they did not.
On the other side Synthedup “Assumes “ you’ve looked at the picture and know what your buying ( after all who buys anything without seeing available pics).

I know who I think is in the wrong and I can also see who is the only one losing, so come on just do the right thing.

And as Srhutch says they don’t come with the plates when you buy new, not even the cup holders come with plates

Mr wilks has made a claim that I was told the vents had no plates in a private message and apparently attached a photo. Simon has not denied this and Simon may have even made the claim, I don’t know where else this could have come from.

I’m trying not to keep this going as I don’t want to offend the mods who have asked for it to stop.

It had also been stated that The vent covers aren't even part of the vents. Maybe you can contact BMW and air your disappointment.

If you bought some wheel and they didn’t have centre caps would you want your money back and to keep the wheels?

This is the scenario I think happened.

Z4all have you got any messages to/from the seller asking about the blanking plates. If not then sorry the fault is mainly in your court and you should suck it up. The seller had an advert that clearly shows no blanking plates.
