So as most of you know sold my Canon 7D on ebay a few weeks back 16 Dec to be exact posted next day for next day recorded delivery.
The women has come back to me today 5 Jan and said:
'Tom I recently purchased the above camera from yourself as a xmas gift. I am sorry to say that the camera no longer works. unable t power up. batteries have been bought charged to capacity and tried. Still the camera does not work. I would like to ask you for a full refund for the faulty goods... Email has already been sent to ebay asking them also to try to resolve'
Yet I sold it in perfect working order, and think this is very unfair as she could have done anything with it in that time, she also bought a new battery before getting back to me... sounds like its been out in a rain storm and its been soaked, only thing I can think of unless its been dropped very hard. So she expects me to hand her £600 and me receive the broken camera, and 7Ds are pretty much indestructible.
This vid show how durable they are... set on fire, frozen etc

Where do I stand, and thanks in advance.
