E89 ‘Wheels’ thread.... post your pic’s

I actually had 108's on mine (they came with the car when I bought it as well as the standard wheels and actually liked how they looked).
I've since sold the car though. Changed for a Mini JCW of all things but such a fun little car.

Think this car is for sale on Autotrader at the minute

That could only be worse if the spacers were removed
Fail , no other word for it

Has anyone got style 294 V spoke in ferrite grey or similar on a space grey e89? If so, would you mind uploading a photo?
I'm going to refurb mine this year and pondering over changing colour to grey.
Refurbing as the lacquer (I think it's lacquer anyway!) is blistering and flaking off, also corrosion around split-rim bolts.
Before photo below.

It is indeed. Sold locally in South Wales so must have been traded out up country. They haven't bothered to put the standard wheels on, either haha!

After my 287's(from an E91) on 35i to replace 294's here's a pic
287's got GoodyearEagle F1 non runflats. 294's on Bridgestone runflats so be interesting to see difference in comfort and noise

Thought it about time I said hello. The wheels thread seems as good a place as any  .

Strom STR-2 recently fitted -

Front 8.5x19 et 35
Rear 9.5x19 et27

Really happy with the look, very similar (but cheaper) than the Apex ARC-8

i keep looking at these from CM wheels.. very nice

I’m thinking 437m might be the way to go for me. O.E., forged, so light and strong, and really suit the E89 IMHO

My current entry... Cades Bern 18’s

Soon to be replaced with these... in the next few days, as the C5 is curing and I’m a bit busy

Sun’s out... think I’m going to reduce the tire sizes though.

I’m not 100% certain, I probably need to take it out for a bit of a blast with the roof up to be able to hear more clearly.

I’m not sure if I was imagining noises yesterday, with the roof down, plus there’s a fair bit of tire noise from the Conti’s compared to the modest width tires that came off

Visually though, the tires look ‘on the large side’ :?
