Did that come like that? It just looks like an aerokit rear with another hole cut out?cj10jeeper said:Here's the photo of the rear pre facelift diffuser referred to earlier in the thread by anderson![]()
I had not appreciated that this trim piece was being described as a 'diffuser' and can see why there is a general preference to the later design, which is more like a 'race' diffuser

Definetly prefer this diffuser, even probably more than the M bumper. If you could graft it onto your regular prefacelift bumper it would look great![]()
Either that or get the M bumper built up around the lights to fit the old style ones.
I'm wondering if you'll ever run out of mods to do
cj10jeeper said:Next question guys is do we have a photo of an ///M with its carpet battery cover off?
I'd like to understand the position of the battery fixings and if possible entry and exit points of the main live and earth leads. I also need to understand if the ///M has a separate panel bolted in where the battery box fits on non ///M's or if a different one piece boot floor pan is used?

Mr Whippy said:I agree with Herminator, the facelift aero rear diffuser with quad pipes looks spot on if you go that route... I prefer it to the M Z4 rear setup which is nice, but a bit too shouty about there being quad pipes, and I like the discrete brooding wolf in sheeps clothing appearance more on the fairly svelte efficent Z4 shape...
But I hope CJ realises he'll need a TS2 ESS kit to get away with quads
