+1 on what EdButler said ^

I do have wry smile though on British GP day, there they are all are the 'British' drivers hugging the crowd draped in the national flag, then it's off home to tax haven Monaco etc post race. Alonso at least moved back to Spain a few years ago to put his taxes in the economy there.

Anyway that's bit of a jokey cynical view, don't want to start an argument. 8)

I must admit - i did really supported Webber at Silverstone... Even though technically an Aussie, he lives just down the road!

I've always been impressed by his racing!

The earrings and tatts aren't to my taste, but then I'm probably as old as his dad so in no position to judge!

Will continue to be impressed if his racing continues as it has been so far.

Given this thread I'm probably more worried FOR him than ABOUT him!

Where does he live Ed? I'm 12 miles from the city centre, just interested is all.

I think he meant just down the road from Silverstone John rather than Sheffield (lovely as that Peak District side of Sheffield is)

He may be a gifted driver but from all the times ive seen him on Tv shows/interviews he has come across as seriously 1 dimensional , tediously dull ( possibly duller than Andy Murray ? ) & on the point of being socially inadequete when removed from the world of racing .
I'd interpret his current appearance as nothing more than a peacock showing their feathers to attract the gorgeous Scherzinger girl back into his life
Money aint everything

Doesn't make any difference if he's gay or straight, he's still a petulant little prick with no dress sense.

Yet again another example of your low tone comments, also i thought you where leaving this forum ? for me I hope you seek some sort of canceling or anger management classes ... for god sake you need them

same s**t just another day .... what is that saying .. people in glass houses please don't throw stones :poke:

Haven't ever seen this supposed chip on his shoulder. I have always thought he handles himself in a very mature and professional manner . Even through all the biased stewards descisions in his early days when I think he was given a bit of a hard time because of his age.no doubting the guys amazing talent , and on course to title number three! Go Lewis

That's my opinion of him and I'm entitled to it, there's no anger in the comment at all, he is what he is!
By the way, when i said 'I'm off' i meant from 6 years of zed ownership, so I'll be sticking around for a bit longer just to wind you up, bellend :wkr:

JamesB and Lux - what a double act, love it

 I'm sure he's a lovely fella, but he boils my piss!

...maybe this thread should be changed to 'anyone else worried about James Bond the schizophrenic?'

:? Maclaren do seem to be in deep doodoo with there power plant. If it's taken Ferrari two years. it could take Honda at least that long before they are competitive and they could conceivably bail out along the way, rather that suffer the embarrassment of years more at the back of the grid.

I don't get why Red Bull would go with a Ferrari engine either. There's no way Ferrari would treat them on an even footing to the works team. Unless Renault are going to create works team. :o

To answer the OPs Question...... No.

Well Done...but to be fair i pitied Rosberg having to fend of Vettel for the team . Vettel was a total Gentleman and showed why he certainly did not deserve the Booing he used to receive.
