DPG , Halifaxbantam & Stevo M3 have all heard them roadside & stationary but Taz is the only member to have been in passenger seat for a drive
For anyone following Nige (BCS) has asked if i can go over mid Sept to have a set of the "Prestige" boxes fitted for a trial period , try out for a few weeks then decide which ones to go with ?
Ive really settled with the current Sport boxes though & if the others are much quieter i think i will opt for the Sport as the keepers

Interested in how subtle the prestige ones are in normal driving before unleashing.
Even the std exhaust just above 3k sounds as though you are trying to race from a standing start. I feel slower in this than my 3.0si from standstill as conscious about the noise I'm making!

Completely agree, can't wait to hear the prestige version when it's on Andy's car. Just need a comparison with the sport version. Dan? You lined up for duty?

mr wilks - do you find that bits of trim/loose change vibrate when you use mid throttle at 2-3k?

Its obviously at its peak on cold start but i crack it up in garage & i can sit in the car with roof down for a few mins before driving out & it isn't deafening to the point i can't tolerate it or i worry the ridge tiles will loosen off the roof
I'd be ok for 13th Andy, slight shame you won't have the prestige set on then. It's a nice ride out to that Scartop now I know where it is, not bad brekky either. Should also have completed the annual big detail on mine by then. Shout if it's on.
