Z4MC at Horsepower

Sepang is such a gorgeous colour, price seems fair given mileage and spec....more than worth a call!

That said, the Black Sapphire one looks a decent option too.

Check them both out and see which tickles your fancy

What's folks thoughts on the Sepang not commanding the same premium in roadster guise ?

It wouldn't Andy IMO , ///MC's apples for apples will fetch more, don't know by how much, I'm sure someone will have a graph showing the differences between ///MR and ///MC prices :D

I like the Sepang but not keen on light coloured interiors. The black one looks good but would prefer slightly lower miles.

The M looks great in any colour if well looked after

My take on colours as of today:

Sepang - desirable and worth a premium
Alpine - was worth a premium, now small premium as popularity waned a little?
Interlagos, Imola, Silver Grey - similarly stunning
Phoenix - God knows
All Blacks - not a colour I favour so can't judge
Others - no comment

Nah cream leather is a must on Sepang IMO ... not having Nav would be a bigger concern :?

Is that why it is a decent price, even from a dealer?

I am not bothered about nav personally as I have a Tom Tom and three cars to swap between. The Sepang is over in Yorkshire, so I may go over and have a look next week.

Possibly the Nav is pish tbh.. but it seems to be one of those tick box items.. not sure how easy it could be to retro fit? might be worth it for residuals alone

This seems to have split into two different questions:

1. Why did some colours account for many more Z4MC's than others? I believe it was for the reasons I outlined earlier in the thread.
2. Do some colours fetch more than others? Possibly but I don't believe Sepang is a "premium" colour. If you've got a nice interior/exterior combo then it will achieve good money assuming everything else (eg condition/mileage) is fine. Take Zermatts Z4MR - Silver and Amarone leather - fab, rare and well looked after. Sold in double quick time.
