Will be sad to see this go, but just doesn't fit my lifestyle and needs at the moment.

Key points:
– 50,000 miles. Will rise as it's my only car.
– Running in check at 1094 miles
– Very good condition inside and out, no noticeable blemishes to speak of.
– Original Z4M alloys with little to no kerbing.
– Service history with run-in service done. Never more than 10k miles without a service. Service book photos attached. Inspection 2 Service done March 2024.
– Also some paperwork for VANOS maintenance.
– Fresh MOT until Sep 2025. Passed with no advisories as expected.
– ContiSportContact tyres front and back with plenty of tread left.
– Stitched leather interior trim and no sat nav to date the car.
– Very handy AUX input. May have been custom added by a previous owner? Implemented very well in any case and I thought it was OEM at first.
– 2 keys, booklets and receipts present, as photos show.

Service History
14/4/07 - Pre Deliivery Check
5/5/07 - 1094 Miles - Running-in Check
4/2/09 - 13810 Miles - Oil Service
6/7/10 - 22460 Miles - Inspection 1 + Micro-Filter
Date/Mileage not stamped - Inspection 1 + Service
7/5/14 - 31346 Miles - Oil Service + Inspection 2 + Micro-filter
16/5/16 - 35254 Miles - Oil Service
25/6/20 - 44856 Miles - Inspection 1
13/4/24 - 47989 Miles - Inspection 2

In my ownership:
– New Battery & Camshaft Sensor
– Storm Motorwerks machined gear knob. Makes shifting way better in my opinion, and just feels real high quality. Worth about £80 new.
– Eibach Lowering Springs. Ride feels slightly more composed now, if not the same.
– 12MM MTec Hubcentric spacers front and back. No rubbing.

PLEASE NOTE:
There is a mileage discrepancy that neither I nor the dealer I purchased the car from were aware of at the time of sale. According to the records, the mileage dropped from 43,933 in 2018 to 38,423 in 2019, before returning to what I believe is the correct figure of 44,739 in 2020. It's worth noting that the same MOT garage conducted the tests in both 2018 and 2019 when the discrepancy occurred, which is somewhat reassuring as it wasn't a one-off trip to a 'friendly' establishment. I contacted the garage, and they acknowledged their error but conceded that it was too late to make amendments on the official record.

I also submitted an application to the DVSA to correct this issue, but it was rejected due to insufficient evidence, likely because there is no receipt or invoice available to confirm the actual mileage in 2019. To add clarity, I reached out to the dealership I purchased the car from, and they provided a clear NMR Report, which I have attached. I trusted their report, as multiple dealerships I contacted for potential part-exchanges did not detect any issues during their checks—they were only made aware after I disclosed the discrepancy.

All that being said, I have priced this car extremely competitively to ease any sleepless nights the discrepancy may bring. In my opinion, it represents an excellent deal for a clean, well-maintained vehicle with low mileage. Additionally, I am open to negotiating for a quick sale, as I am eager to move into a 5-door vehicle as soon as possible.

£12,500

Happy to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks,
Abbas

Hi mate. Nice looking M.

Any ideas why the mileage dropped by 5k in 2019?

That’s a good question! Hadn’t noticed till you said. I’ll double check the paperwork to see if I can see anything but at a guess I’d say an error has been made somewhere there. With either 2018 or 2019 being an error as the mileage jumps up alot more than usual from 2017 to 2018 but that could just be a driver enjoying themself

A shame you are selling so soon but yours looks like a great example so GLWTS.

That Aux Input is weird though. :? Mine is in the bottom of the dash just above that.

It’s been a brilliant car, I’ve already took it on a road trip or two and it’s not missed a beat  if it wasn’t summer I’d have held out, but I thought eh why not put it out there. The intake has really transformed the car, I actually find myself driving the car with the top down sometimes so I can hear the induction sound in all its glory. Kind of defeats the point abit

Yep, I believe the OEM aux is kind of hidden at the bottom of the dash isn’t it? This one looks like a custom job but I may be wrong! Works fine though and you can select aux from the mode menu so I have no idea

Installing the aux socket is very easy in the OEM position tucked under the dash. It must have been much harder work to install it there!

Lovely-looking Zed - GLWTS

Bump.

Dropped price down a bit more! £15,000 for you lovely folk. Will be £15,500 elsewhere.

This happens regularly with private plate changes, the plate goes onto a lower mileage car but the HPI system allocates the mileage reading to the previous car. You can contact HPI and ask them to correct it if you are able to provide evidence

Looks lovely and you really haven't owned it long at all. We "met" briefly when I was selling my Alpina to the garage that you purchased the Z4M from. It looked lovely then and even more so now with the work that you have carried out to it. Good luck with the sale.

Ah, no way! Small world! I remember the Alpina actually, was an e90 if I recall correctly? The dude at the garage was telling me about it once they’d purchased. Looked mint.

Thanks mate! It’s an awesome car. I know the quick sale might sell alarm bells ringing to some folk, but I just don’t drive at for its purposes as much as I thought I would, and this car is to be enjoyed and cherished. it’s not really made for trips to Lidl. Although I’ve been known to take a detour or two home

Yes it was an E92 and it was a minter. I had no real intention of selling but when I made a speculative enquiry, they offered top money which I felt I couldn't refuse. They then sold it on for even more money and in quick time so they clearly knew the market better than me!

Reference your car, situations change and I'm sure if a serious buyer reaches out and carries out the relevant checks, they will see that. It certainly looked like a lovely example when I saw it.

If you want to sell the GruppeM separately let me know

I’m considering it actually, so I’ll let you know! I might take the front splitter off aswell as I’ve had a bit of interest in that. It may be more appealing to more folk if it’s stock.

Before I do though, if anyone wants to throw an offer my way for the car as is- try me.

Add me to the interested list on the front splitter :D

Little bump. Happy to part with this for £14500 to forum members with no GruppeM and OEM box back on.

Bumpety bump its me! With the market absolutely thriving for sellers as you can see, I've dropped the price down to 14k. £13.5k without the GruppeM. I think that's a great deal for this.

I've started commuting to work alot more than I planned to when I bought this. It's not really a car I want to put motorway miles on so I've been borrowing my dad's Audi for the commute most of the time! So I'm keen to hop out of this and into something more practical sooner than later. If I wasn't as keen to get into something more practical I'd probably be more firm with the price considering I just got it for 16k in May, but at this point I'm happy to have it sold for a price that allows me to hop into something else half decent and move on.

Any questions just me know.

It looks lovely, just ashame I have put so much money down the 3.0si as I will get another M to keep. Fancy a trade in
