New asking price of £10,000. Again this includes both sets of wheels.

*Please note, this car is for sale by Z4edmo, not Scubaregs.*

Evening guys selling my gorgeous status grey 07 coupe after only six months of ownership as new purchase forces sale.
Purchased from highway1 another member back in June and below is a copy of the original advert. Current mileage is 79,000 and I am the 4th owner now.
Cheers Paul

It's in the beautiful Stratus grey, with beige Oregon leather. I am the 3rd owner and the car has now covered 78,800 miles.

It came optioned with cruise control and the power fold mirrors. It has electric memory seats and the auto-lights/wipers , dimming rear view mirror which i believe were standard. It also has Aux-in and the later black top engine.

Its an SE spec BUT, the suspension set-up is now what i would call M-Sport +. It rides at M-Sport height but , had fitted Suplex springs all round, Bilstein B4 dampers. Also new mounts, bump stops, Meyle HD drop-links and poly-bushed f&r anti-roll bars.
This was all optimised with a proper specialist alignment.
It handles superbly with great turn-in and that bit more settled/compliant than the M Sport.
Certainly fantastic across Exmoor's windy/uneven roads!

A great difference and although it did drive that bit sharper on the original 17" wheels (still have-style 201 with Goodyear Eagle AS3 nrf) , like many, i wanted better looks, so fitted a set of refurbished 18" MV3s' with, again Goodyear Eagle AS3s' (nrf) . Another visit to the alignment specialist followed this.

The car has masses of invoices/paperwork- i have had an oil/filter change yearly, along with diagnostic check at a BMW specialist, even if i have only covered 3,000 miles in that time. All other filters, brake fluid are kept fresh and has just had the filter/cooler gaskets renewed as well.

When i bought the car (60,000), i had new spark plugs , air filter (insp 2) , new gearbox and diff oils - oh, and spent £900 having the front and rear bumper removed and resprayed to get rid of some stone chips and a couple of marks ( quoted half else where but, wanted the best).

The car is always garaged - not driven in rain or salt-covered roads, regular body work treatments using top products and underneath gets done every year, along with the arches.

Also has a ZHP gear knob and machine monkey exhaust tips.

It's always run on V-power along with a professional grade full system cleaner every 5,000. The car runs super clean (inside of exhausts are not black!) and pulls strongly through all the gears.

A special example- certainly compared to many out there. I am advertising it here first, as it would be great if it could go to a fellow enthusiast!

Edit to add; The notorious ABS pump has been rebuilt by ECU tuning and comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Looking for offers over £10,500

(Both sets of wheels at this price)

Feel free to ask for more information if needed. Z4edmo

I'm confused, why have you posted this Scuba instead of Z4edmo who is clearly able to access the forum and post on it?

He has helped me out as I actually couldn’t post mate. I needed to copy the original advert with photos and after hours of trying still couldn’t. Hope this sorts your confusion

Not totally sure mate . I have a detailer who keeps it looking that good. I enjoy the driving more than the cleaning but I also know most of my friends like it the other way around lol

I have an abarth competizione it’s a fantastic car not sure it’s for me or I wouldn’t be looking at coupes again I suppose

Also the fact I drive for a living I like the idea of an automatic strangely enough as my left knee plays up a bit with the heavy clutch on the van, I love manuals but it’s not definitive.

Can’t believe the lack of interest.double checked the web and I am the cheapest manual advertised. So guessing it’s bad time to be trying to sell.

Not that it matters as I cant afford it , but I cant believe its not been snapped up , it looks stunning .

Seeing what’s about I’d say lack of m seats and xenons might hamper the sale at that price but it’s good mileage wise to counteract that to a degree, personally I need xenons as they make a good difference. My grey z was se spec and the seats were fine I even kept 17” wheels on it ....your car looks lovely

Someone who knows more will help you out there as I know there is more options on lighting, and I am presuming it doesn’t have xenons as my se of the same vintage didn’t, you’ll know if it self levels and can actually see in the dark as the xenons are really a good improvement my last sport had them and it was fab at night, even better bulbs don’t help much in non xenon...yes I did try. The seats I quite liked but many want the sport seats but I’m such a slow driver I don’t need holding in.

Are the seats heated? It’s the later engine which my old one definitely wasn’t so maybe it has xenons? It definitely needs finding out and advertising as such if so but I thought only the si got xenon but you never know...do they self level?

The car looks great, and a lovely colour. This time of year is never great for selling cars, I would imagine you will have more interest come January. May be worth advertising on other platforms, Auto Trader, EBay etc. Would it be worth selling the spare wheels and reducing the price slightly. I would imagine most people are not fussed on having a spare set of wheels
