- An OEM set up won't be simple to retro fit, but it is possible. Most expensive option by a lot.
- You could replace the halogen projectors to aftermarket bi-xenon ones. Less expensive than an OEM set up and the only complication might be wiring to get the bi-xenon shutter to work (high beams).
- You can just swap the halogen bulb for an LED or HID conversion kit. 5 minutes job and cheap. Worst results, but better than OEM.
Only an OEM set-up would be legal as any other alternative wouldn't have self-levelling or be E-marked.

Judging by the photos, no heated seats, no xenons.
or keep it until a better time of year. This couple of weeks is possibly the worst time to be trying to sell a car privately.
