Any reason you didn't go for a square setup with the tyres, allowing you to rotate front and back? Only ask having browsed loads of wheels on ebay and thinking about square wheels vs staggered. Also 18 vs 19

No reason other than wanting wide as poss rear rubber within reason & without having to drop to 35 profile
Comfort , grip & handling as it rides now is more than i could have wanted .
I may yet add 10mm spacers to the rear to give a more staggered appearance

Cheers Mr W, looks good and I reckon it's def worth a little spacer on the back.
I ordered the standard 18" sizes last night, want to go back to handling over looks. Will be doing some suspension refresh works as well to get it back (or better!) than it left the factory
Any input greatly accepted as the steering fix is gonna be element of trial & error before throwing the elec motor & column on scrap heap
As yet I'm not convinced it needs replacing ?
Indy had it last week , partway down the column is a bolted connection with a shim for adjustments .
With car running indy loosened bolts & adjusted 1mm the tighter way & steering faultmoded / so he went 1mm the easing way & now zero notch or sticky feel at any speeds : great ? Yeah but no
It still faultmodes after car has stood off charge for a day or 2
Last night drove 50 miles at 70mph , back into garage & hooked battery tester & if showed only 30% which can't be right ? Battery is 3 month old Bosch
Left charger on 90mins & showed 80% charge
So somewhere there a drain or alternator not charging properly ?
Both will be investigated when I leave car again
Otherwise it drives great & once running doesn't show any signs of a steering fault

Car been garaged for 2 weeks whilst ive been away so today first chance to get out in it
Weather wet & windy but this isn't a fairweather Z
Bank hol Sunday adternoon only one place for me & mrs w to head & within 5 mins we were over Pendle heading into the Ribble Valley
No one around at 3pm with deserted roads & villages into the Trough of Bowland
up to a place a few members will know , Jubiee Tower overlooking the Fylde coast
Great afternoon & being a gent i let mrs w drive back after enjoying our favourite hostelry grub far better to drive than the last one she said
