Nice Alpine white one listed on eBay

Yes nice car and Alpine White. Assuming the service history is complete a good buy for someone. I personally do not like 19in wheels on these cars for a number of reasons, however these 18in CSL reps look good.

Very nice and interesting that this is viewed as a good buy today. 12 months ago an e86 on 122k was typically advertised at around £7k, now it’s a couple of grand higher. £9k would have had you a 60k-80k car with actually not much statistical difference between Sport and SE. One thing I have noticed is that there are many more higher mileage (120k+) cars coming to market now, perhaps because sellers realise they can get good money for them. . . . Or perhaps because they have done more mileage

I wouldn't say its a good buy, but due to colour that raises the premium slightly compared to one of the more popular colours. IMO any Z4 coupe with 122k on the clock isn't worth £9000 no matter what colour it is!

There's a gorgeous red on red 3.0si coupe up on Autotrader for £10995. Can't be many of those about. Looks really nice with the gloss black dash

The Alpine White on similar mileage seems to be better value at £1000 less, although you would need to factor in a wheel refurb. Pretty sure I’ve seen it advertised on here recently too.

Colour is always a really subjective one, and rarer colours do seem to demand a premium. The white on on EBay looks like a nice car although the price looks slightly rich for a private sale!

This looks like a rather nice coupe for someone.

Hi there! New to this forum, this is the car I've just purchased this weekend. Utterly in love with it, coming from an E92 M3.

Congrats! It looks fantastic. Very tasteful and classic with the black-on-black, and also without the antiquated sat-nav to date the interior (our one regret on ours). Hope you get lots of enjoyment out of it.

Welcome along and I'm delighted it's found a keen new owner. 😀👍

Seems good value for money at £7,800 based on the current market

to be honest I don’t think the sat nav screen is too bad, ok I prefer without but it’s not horrendous I went to look at a zed last week with the screen up it looked not too bad

Likewise, I looked at a car last week too, wouldn't put me off an otherwise perfect car now

I think it suits its retro interior if that makes sense? It looks a bit dated but so does the whole interior especially the dash and if anything with screen up it actually fills a vast area of nothing as that area behind the radio is a large fairly bland area...nope I’m in the ‘it’s ok camp’ and definitely would not put me off ....the car I viewed had a few things that put me off mainly the owner letting me drive over and declaring on arrival he had been in contact with people with covid in the previous 48 hours making me decide I didn’t want a test drive with him despite his offer of masks and windows down call me fussy but ffs

without the Cat C, you’d probably see this advertised at around £12k. If it is indeed “straight” and you are planning to keep the car for ever, then it’s great value at £10k and seller would probably accept less; however you will suffer when you come to sell the car again. As often said on here, it’s worth what somebody will pay for it.

Id say 9 at a push, its a middling spec as well by the looks of it and the drivers seat looks quite scabby.

I don’t think looking at panels tells you much on cat c yes on cat d it can be a few dents or scratches. I have had cat d vehicles and no problems but looking at 20-30% hit on values cat c more so, if I bought a cat c would need to be a bargain £10,250 for a cat c is nowhere near a bargain no way, 8k max

And at 8k I would not buy it, and I probably worded it wrong as ‘bargain’ is incorrect wording as it would need to be 5k to be a bargain.

Has anyone viewed this yet ? Is it any good ? Thanks

I am sure the car has been reduced further, looks to be good value. The only thing that I can see that would perhaps go against it, is it’s quite basic with very few optional extras on, but that would not bother some
