Tim.
I still haven't had a go in a M4 yet and the shape/looks are really starting to grow on me and its mega fast too from the figures I have seen and a massive improvement over the E92 M3 in pretty much everyway.Jollyjoiner said:I would have liked to see the M4 on there as it's a cracking car and have a mate that has one
I went for the littler M235i

I tried one Tim and to be perfectly honest it did'nt float my boat enough to change from a zed, it was very good but not convertible meant it would have had to have been 'gotta have it no matter what' good.
For me this is an opportunity to buy what may well be the last of the rwd zed's, I absolutely love the looks and interior, the way they drive and the folding hard top. I think caymans and boxsters will be made long after the e89 has gone so no hurry to get one. I will probably end up in a boxster after the zed, but for now I'm mega excited and looking forward to the 35is.![]()

Quite a big car too when your stood at the side of one
The size of them is one of the bug bears for me and that's why I tend to prefer the 2 series, the mrs saw a grey M4 yesterday out on the road and she said to me how great it looked and they are certainly starting to prick my senses a little now.john-e89 said:Jollyjoiner said:Quite a big car too when your stood at the side of one
They look awesome in the flesh don't they, had one in the showroom, was spangly yellow so I bet it'd be swoon time in grey or black.
Yes I don't think they are a great deal bigger to be fair but the E92 M3 can feel a little big and heavy at slow speeds but strangely it does hide its weight/size well when pushing on though.john-e89 said:They are a fair size Lee yes, not sure how much bigger than an M3, prob not too much though right?
