:D it was a guess,based on the others available on the web :roll: id never used one before & if folks with glass backs have a go they'l probably think the same thing :oops:
You have to juggle the wheel onto it 150 mm from the hub face :? sounds easy till you have a go :cry:

Can't really see what difference the length makes. As you say they are all about 150mm long. As long as the end is rounded off and ideally tapered or smaller diameter once it on there just means you have to slide it down the pin a few inches further.
 
I can manage no probs but those who are buying to save back problem's will find the pin does its job in locating the bolt holes but doesn't reduce the muscular strain in the process :wink: I like it though & found it does speed things up slightly ,
i first saw these used by my Indy but never actually thought it would be something i would use :? wrong :oops: useful tool indeed :thumbsup:
 
Older BM's came with them in the toolkit. The also help with removal as you are six inches away from the Discs and calipers etc so less likely to damage anything.

I am waiting on material I had to by half a meter at £60 for you job!! If it arrives Monday I will make it in the evening and send it Tuesday. If not I won't be making it until I am back of holiday.
