Please say you have rounded the ends off Matt or at least a big chamfer. That one thing that put me off the eBay ones, the square ends.

Thanks srhutch I have put a big chamfer on them. But I am not happy with that!!
So I will be grinding up a nice radius tool tomorrow. Had enough tonight though I have managed to get them all made now it's shower and sofa surfing for me

Mine landed today Mat & already been in action :roll: i would say to improve the design they could be 50mm shorter & maybe add a part to grip 30mm down the shaft otherwise worked to perfection & top quality

it was a guess,based on the others available on the web :roll: id never used one before & if folks with glass backs have a go they'l probably think the same thing
You have to juggle the wheel onto it 150 mm from the hub face :? sounds easy till you have a go

Ok no bother if any of you old folk have a problem!!!! Send them back with a pen mark where you want it cut. I will cut round the end and knurl the ends for free just cover postage and a small forum donation
