What size spacers to go with the 224 wheels and Eibach lowering kit? And Is there a chance of rubbing etc and has anyone got any pics of this setup?

I have Been doing some searching and can't seem to find the answer im looking for.

I think you should get spacers shaped like 108's, fit tyres to them and then leave the 224's in the garage.

I already have the 224's on, as they are standard on the z4m, 108's are a lovely wheel though

Do you have a ///M or fitting them to standard model?

I have 10mm spacers all round on my ///M, should of went for 12/13mm on the front, 10mm at the rear is perfect though.

Yeah have an M already, some colour as your just with a roof :D, are you lowered too? Looks good

Nope nothing, but I do run slightly lower profiles, so wheel has almost 3% difference in circumference, not much at all. They're also slightly wider, yet still don't rub.

Great! Will have to put this on my shopping list in the next month or so

@gwatson full credit to you pal, that's one nice looking motor....
#need aero side skirts must resist

Am i right in assuming the z4m can take spacers made for the e46 m3?

+1 on the aero skirts, suit the interlargos lovely

Would love to see pics of 12mm on the rear with standard suspension as I'm just looking into this for the new season mods to do.

Yes they are the same.
Since we are talking about fitment, I would stay away from spacers in the thickness range of 8...10mm because you will run into problems with being no longer hub-centric. Anything below or above is fine.

Yeah I was going to go with the hubcentric ones, would 12mm all round be too much on the front?

H&R for 10mm from LarkSpeed. I usually only buy Eibach or H&R

I then bought these extended bolts (essential)

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10-BMW-E36-E46-E90-E91-EXTENDED-BLACK-RUSTPROOF-WHEEL-BOLTS-39MM-INC-LOCKS-/171129214047?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&fits=Car+Make%3ABMW&hash=item27d818945f

Can you not buy bolt on hub centric spacers? So you do away with the need for longer bolts?? Its what i made for my car they can be made just not sure if you can buy them??
