What have you done to your car today?

Took her out for a slow rumble to warm her through after not driving her for seven weeks. Then, once she was nicely warm and willing I took her to the heights of Vanos a couple of times before a slow tickle back home and tucking her up once more.

I've just treated mine to a new set of wiper blades. I did have some aero blades on but these have never wiped the passenger window very well and had started to judder that bad I felt like stopping the car and ripping them off. I've now gone with some standard style Superplus spoiler Bosch blade set, both 21" and oh my oh my how nice they wipe now, clean, quiet and judder free

Inspection 1 service along with another couple of small jobs done by my BMW Indi garage and just short of 1k lighter in the wallet!

While wifey went out to the shops tonight I made a start to the bilsteins I purchased from a forum member last week. Just need to get them on the car if I ever get a minute!

These are on my list - thanks for the reminder. Not sure I'll get them from BMW though, I think they're a fairly common item?

Footwell lights retro fitted and dash cam installed and hard wired, thanks to beeacon and flybobbie for their help. I think I might need some brighter bulbs for the footwells and the I might reposition the camera:

Very nice  . I have the same dashcam in two of my vehicles (but not the Z4). As long as they're the 2nd gen versions they seem to work really well. Did you get the accessory to reduce reflections? I didn't spec it and am wondering if it works very well as reflections can be a pain depending on the positioning of the camera, windscreen angle, dash material etc.

I spent hours swapping stuff over between my Si and my M!

The M now has a semi-whippy aerial, ZHP gear-knob and a 2nd First Aid box under the driver's seat! And some Tyre Weld in the boot - the compressor was there, but the tube of goo wasn't.

Also got some Castrol 10W60 from ECP because the low oil light came on just as I got home on Thursday so I've topped it up, as well as the washer reservoir as that light came on too. :(

Also hoovered them both and ran a leather wipe over the seats, which made me appreciate how nice the Nappa in the M is. :D

But I ran out of daylight, so hopefully the Si will be getting washed and photographed tomorrow for an advert.

Fitted a Mewant cover to a mate’s Z4. Really impressed for £13 and not as stupidly fat as the ///M wheel.

Looks really nicely done. (I'm glad it's not just my pictures that all seem to be on their side at the moment!)

I bought the A119 V3 (3rd Gen), I got the polarising filter too. I have tried it only with the filter and have to say I am pretty impressed with the picture quality (no reflections) both day and night, apparently there is big difference for night time video between this V3 version and the earlier versions. The only problem I am having right now is that the camera powers off after 30 mins when parked, spoke to Viofo today they are sending me a new 3 wire harness (HK3), they believe the voltage regulator in the harness might be defective, which is great but it will mean taking the car apart again! :x
