What have you done to your car today?

Drove it 250 very smooth miles on her new PS4S’s tyres to to help a member fit their new piano black trim, in a lovely black coupe with black leather and very nice two tone 108s. I

Then gave her a clean and fitted some new wheel nut covers :)

Went out for a good blat round the Derbyshire countryside today. Still makes me smile every time I drive that motor. Great car - great forum!

Stood in the freezing cold and did an engine flush.

Ran the car for 15 mins.
Poured in Liqui Moly Pro-Line Engine Flush approx 750ml
Left it idling for 15 mins, then turned it off to let it cool down for 10 mins.
Popped out the old oil filter.
Sucked all the oil out through the dip stick.
Popped in a new oil filter.
Filled with cheap Petronas 0w30.
Ran for another 15 mins, then let it rest for 10 mins.
Popped out the 1st new oil filter. (which was already surprisingly dirty)
Sucked all the Petronas oil out through the dip stick.
Popped in a 2nd new oil filter.
Filled with Castrol Edge 0w30.

Jobs a gudden, apart from the frost bite in my nose and fingers.

BTW Castrol Edge 0w30 is only £36 per 4 litres on amazon, and free delivery if you have prime.

Gave it its first clean this year. And gonna drive it for first time today
