Driven it down to Newhaven in the Sunshine, I put the roof up whilst paying for my fuel, carried on for the last 15 miles topless and spotted some gulls above, looks like it’s going to be a lucky trip

I've got a nice bit of ply in the boot already!
In anticipation of going onto non-RFTs I bought a 17inch spacesaver on here and the seller had made up a platform for it to sit on to level up with the step in the boot-floor, Velcro to stick to the carpet and a couple of bolts to secure the wheel.
It's about 18 inches square, so I've probably got more wood than you - mine is just a bit less in yer face! :lol:

Everything else I've done on this car I've been thinking this motor is so easy to work on then this struck. Pig of a job.
Then I have an airbag light on now for some reason. Nothing was touched at all. Next job...possibly taking the cluster out and pulling the DMD for it. That'll learn it.
