What have you done to your car today?

Joycey - I like your garage set-up :thumbsup: I'm desperate to get a ramp in mine. Which ramp do you have and have you got a link please ? :)

Looks like he has the same as me;

Guy sells them on Ebay, lots of good feedback and he'll give you numbers for prev customers, which is always good. Think they are £1300 on there, I rang him direct, paid cash and collected for £1100. VERY handy and gets lots of use.

See if it dials out the understeer on track.
Erm, it'll give you more understeer without at least the same corresponding increase in stiffness at the rear.

We'll have to see then, It does feel more positive on the public roads. Will have to wait for bedford.

A stiffer front bar feels great through the wheel but at the limit it will understeer more abruptly. I've softened mine back a notch now (it's adjustable) and my rear bar is on the middle of three settings.

Thanks Mike. I was looking jealously at your ramp when you fitted my rear silencer a few months back. Must have one ! As soon as funds allow I'll get on to him. :thumbsup:

Think mines slightly different, it's one of these.

Picked my car up yesterday, today I took all the wheels off and cleaned up the calipers and sprayed them all black as they were looking a little rustyimage.jpeg

Seat belt harness pads in velour...ever so soft! £5 in Hellfrauds and renewed all interior bulbs with 200 lumen LED's...needed 8 as i forgot about the bulb in the storage between the seats and the number plates.

After fitting the new MV3s' a couple of weeks back (and new tyres), I thought it would be a good idea to get the alignment re- checked/adjusted after the great results last November after suspension changes.

A trip up to FCM Wheel Alignment in Bristol and glad I did as front toe was way out- Lee thought I might have hit a pot hole quite hard ( which I had a couple days earlier, thanks to crap roads in town!) .

Dialled in a bit more rear camber as well and pleased with the fast-road setup.

After changing from 17" wheels to 18", I initially thought I might have made a mistake with regards feel/handling but now its had a proper alignment by someone who knows what they're doing its much, much better! :)20170827_160840.jpg

Just a small simple job today, however they can make a big difference. The rear number plate light had one bright and one dull bulb, swapped out the dull one and now looks much better.

Just received my new "Bentley Style" flip key as the old one annoyed me as it's the only non-folding vehicle key I have.

Local friendly locksmith cut it for me FOC, and just coded the immobiliser chip and remote with my Launch - Very happy at an all in cost of just £15.90!
