Looks good, but i've done the whole stretched tyre thing and it affects performance far too much. I'd much rather enjoy my driving :driving:

Thanks Ben. I know what you mean but it's just purely a show car this, my remapped 3 series diesel is probably more enjoyable to drive now than the z4 haha

Oh right, fair enough.

Sometimes it's nice to have some turbo power for easy hooning. Thats why i love my missus' Fiesta ST. Easy power :driving:

With the Z4, you really need to wring it's neck to feel like you're going quick. This can get tiring!

Exactly. I just love turbos for the use able power on tap!

Washed, dryed and polished it then drove it to the most southern point in Cumbria, Walney Island, near Barrow in Furness then back up the A592 & A591 through the heart of the lakes, all going well until struck a huge pothole :headbang: , thankfully was only crawling in traffic and no damage that I can see or feel in performance. 140 mile round trip and the roof down all day and still 35mpg :driving:

Whipped out my diff, which will shortly be enroute to Milton Keynes in the back of Kev's van, and at about 0745 I the morning some cash will change hands and he will pickup another diff housing containing a quaife atb LSD that had done less than 200 miles since fitting, before bringing it back to me mid morning so I can fit it..

Handy having a mate who does 2000 miles a week all over the UK!

Especially handy when you manage to find a used Quaife LSD.

The joys of having a lift in my garage made fitting new control arms a doddle. Also changed the front roll bar to a Z4M roll bar which is 2mm thicker. See if it dials out the understeer on track.

Joycey - I like your garage set-up  I'm desperate to get a ramp in mine. Which ramp do you have and have you got a link please ? :)

De-fluffed the roof then cleaned with Autoglym Cleaner and sealed with Autoglym Protector. Leaving her to dry over night ready to wake to a top that looks good as new.
