Wee ned getting his comeuppance

As he asked the conductor if he should remove the student, he was actually acting on behalf of the railway company when he was given permission to do so.

Legally, it is not different if he, or the conductor had thrown him off the train.

If you think this situation is intense, this might leave you baffled...

Would like to think everyone involved has learnt a lesson without the need to waste public money in lawyers and court fees. Maybe the student/ned will not be as obnoxious next time, and 'Big Man' will be more careful while still evicting fare dodgers!

As amusing as I found this.... Was it really the " big guy" place to do this?

So whos'e job was it?

If you saw some nerd key your Zed what would you do. Chase after them or let them go 'just in case they should trip and hurt themselves' in the attempt to escape.

Police have charged a man with assault after an alleged fare-dodger was removed from a train by a passenger.

:( :( :(

ITS NOT THE POLICE THAT DETERMINE THE CHARGE..... it's the Procurator Fiscal in Scotland and the Crown Prosecution Service in the UK and believe you me cops get just as frustrated as the public with the sometimes cras decisions these respective judicial organisations make.
