Wee ned getting his comeuppance

Just been on local radio, that kid has put in an assault claim.
ETA. Report reckoned he landed on his face on the platform...

If they follow that up, it will be another nail in the coffin of common sense and respect for what is right and wrong.

I dont know who is in the wrong? apparently this kid had a ticket but the instructor couldn't be bothered with reason... But he should have had the right ticket douche...

Have to admit, I still laughed at reading: the student, the ticket inspector and "the big man" written on top of the youtube link on there. They're going to be as famous as Smeaton.

Jeez that a big old mark on his face... prob got one of his mates to beat him up.. yet still if it goes to court the "big Guy" could potentially be done for ABH, which is a jail sentence + criminal record

As mentioend, some crazy judge will side with the arrogant little ned, and support his assault claim

It's a sad state of affairs :headbang:

'big' man was just that... picking on a small guy, whether deserved it or not, determined to show how 'big' he really is.. probably late for his fun at the 'football' match.... :poke:

He bought a one way ticket ...

But he was only going one way! More importantly, where was this? I didn't recognise the language so presumably not anywhere in Europe?

As amusing as I found this.... Was it really the " big guy" place to do this?

If the kid has slipped and seriously hurt themselves in the process I dread to think the pay out he could get.
Probably not, but everyone else was thinking it! Maybe if more people acted rather than wishing someone else would (and then questioning him) the UK would be a better place? Well done big-man :)

As much as I agree with the "Big Man's actions", do you not think he used excessive force? The wee ned looks like he was actually thrown rather than walked off of the train which is maybe a little bit OTT. I think he still got what he deserved though!

Its no wonder this country is getting in the state it is (riots etc..) with all these bleeding-heart liberals taking sides with the little skank. A lot of it is down to the younger generations thinking they can do as they bloody well please and have what they want when they want it, with zero respect for authority.

Fare evasion is a criminal offence (and costs the rest of us money) so yer man was just executing a citizens arrest. 11/10.

Police have charged a man with assault after an alleged fare-dodger was removed from a train by a passenger.

Shame the guy's being charged for doing something right - I agree with lacroupade. The conductor was hardly young enough to do anything about it, but if he had been he'd have been sacked then charged probably :(

On a positive note, nice to see a link on the same page as the link that they are finally starting a new Forth crossing... Hell of a building site that guy is working on though...

Apparently the kid is getting done for breach of the peace as well? He'll get an ASBO badge of honour no doubt.
