This happened on my local train line (not my video). Great stuff!

Hope they have better laws up there in Scotland to avoid the little idiot suing the "big man" :D

Brilliant

Shame the big man will probably be convicted of assault in today's crazy justice system :o

If I had been on that train I am sure I would not have seen anything except the bigger man helping the other man get off the train... :P

As amusing as I found this.... Was it really the " big guy" place to do this?

If the kid has slipped and seriously hurt themselves in the process I dread to think the pay out he could get.

Yes your quite right, but up here we don't tolerate f**kwits, We also didn't destroy our own cities with riots, maybe there is a lesson here......

I think we were just lucky to avoid any riots.
Some eedjits did try.

Here's a quote from the website ": "Only join if yir actually gonna come - if anyone has guns bring them down to this - kill some daftys."

Surely the plural of dafty is dafties?

The wee "Ned" and the "Big Man" have just been on the lunchtime news today.

Scotrail said "Our staff are trained to deal with conflict matters and we don't expect the public to take matters into their own hands."
Well the ticket inspector didn't display any conflict handling skills and if the Big Man hadn't intervened - that train would probably still be stuck at that stop.

Let's see what happens now.

Great post a11y

I personally dont believe that scotlands so called zero tolerance prevented the riots experienced in England.

Really hope the "big man" who assisted the young gent in exiting the train doesn't get into trouble for this - he just did what a lot of folk were thinking but were too scared to do (I'd be the same).

I think the fact he got a round of applause upon taking his seat back on the train says a lot!

It's actually Scotrail the train operator who claim to have the zero tolerance.

I agree about the riots - we were just lucky, because Scotland has it's share of numpties.

Well the investigation has started - shame really because he doesn't deserve what I think is coming his way.

The justice system will as usual fail to look at the positives,
Everyone else on the train got to their destinations without a 3 hour wait for the police to turn up, The already overstretched police force would have been sent out at a cost to the tax payer, the subsequent trains following were not held up, so effectively 100s of people were not disrupted because of a self rightious gobby little s**t. the same gobby little s**t did not get arrested and did not get (or more likely add to) a criminal record.
All that happened here was a little f**kwit got his pride dented and possibly a scraped knee as he hit the platform, BUT all the far left liberals will quite happily send a decent law abiding citizen to court for saving the tax payer a small fortune and keeping the rail system running smoothly.

For everyone out there who thinks he was wrong, put yourself on that train, perhaps going for an interview, or on your way to visit an ill relative or any other countless journey outcomes, and you are then held up for hours because a non taxpaying scumbag refused to pay the fare.
Personally I think he should be birched and banned from public transport for life.
And the "big man" should be given the freedom of the city and a free rail pass.
Good on ye big man.

Rant over

What exactly is there to be investigated? It is all on camera, there is no unreasonable force (he did not hit the little s**t) and he assisted an older gentleman perform his job. End of story.
