brand new ones are 7mm, these are 6mm. I think you can work out from that how used they are. What would be a fair price for them? £300 used?
what is a fair price for mint recently refurbed 108's? I can see ones on ebay that need a refurb are asking for £400+.
add both together with a small discount what would you say is a realistic price?

No one with half a brain would pay £400 for a set of 108s needing refurb![]()
Tyres usually start with 8mm , once used only high end names would bring top money & even then between half & 3 quarters new price would be the norm
Ballpark figure on a used but mint set of 108s with decent tyres around £500/£550 give or take 10%

Thanks for the offer . I do get the impression you
Are looking for way over the market value for your
Wheels .
That said you are way to far away to make it practical ..
Thanks though .![]()

Mr Tidy said:To be fair £400 for a set of tyres may not be that much depending on what they are - a previous owner of my Z4 paid Kwik-Fit over £300 for just ONE 255/30 x 18 Bridgestone Potenza more than 4 years ago!

About time mr gobby got some grief hahahaha
As all he very sadly seems to do is clutter people's posts of whom are trying to sell things
£750 for 108s
After giving me grief on my refurbed 224s with brand new MSS front and 6mm MSS rears hahahaha

Your entitled to your opinion as is he.
How much are brand new 108's are they £550?
Who would pay more for second hand than what new costs? Asking more than retail for a brand new set for a used set is deluded.
Especially the guy selling the ones needing a refurb.
I've took the realistic valuation on the chin. However it looks like others didn't. It's not worth selling mint 108's with bridgestone runflats for £500. So i'm keeping them. Which is what I advised the guy trying to sell his ruined 224's to do.

Garibo said:There's a couple of factors needing to be considered here. Whilst £750 may be a good deal, it is only a good deal to someone looking for mint alloys and the Bridgestone tyres.
If OP would be happy with some slightly scuffed alloys for £265 and is prepared to swap his own tyres over then it's not a good deal for him.
Plus, quite a few people on this forum advocate binning the Bridgestone RFTs and getting non RFTs which are a lot cheaper.
Basically, I'm trying, politely, to say that what is a good deal in your eyes, isn't necessarily a good deal to others. Don't get too defensive about it.
GLWTS though.
OP, I hope you find what you're looking for.
