Will they go right on as is , re different offset ? .

Greg, the 294s, like the 108s, are staggered with 8.0" at the front and 8.5" rears. The offsets are 29F / 40R compared to the 108s that are 47F / 50R, so they will be 18mm further out at the front and 10mm further out at the rear which means they will fit straight on OK.
