Helped a mate and his dad lay a patio. Spoke to a mate about using his CNC lathe to make some gear knobs and that's looking likely soon. And currently struggling to get the diff out of my car! :thumbsdown:

Today I done more landscaping on my garden, a month in to it now, and starting to take shape.

Today I built a bench out of two railway sleepers, and cemented then in. Made a flower bed, and put some greenery in one of the corners.




Bit of 20mm plumb slate to go in with the shrubs and Japanese acer, and a granite rockery

Boom.

...had a shoulder operation, and my arm's still paralysed due to the nerve block they gave me. They said it could last up to 24 hours, and it's now 21 hours. Bring on the pain - this paralysis is disconcerting!

Try the scales on a solid concrete floor ie the garage, then put them on the bedroom floor (carpet over wood) and note the change!
