It really is a very pretty car that Porka, do I have my eyes shut or are they really rare on the roads now? It was a dark black/blue, had a full respray a number of years ago and seats re-trimmed with OEM leather. I also didn't realise that the headlights pop up and out from their reading position. Whilst the engine is a ... 3.0 4 cylinder which is odd.

They are really rare. I was sorely tempted by a 928 last year but was too chicken to take on the potential maintenance costs. I've never really liked the look of any Porsche since those two.
 
...visited my local BMW dealer to ask about warranties... Only to be handed a number for BMW financial services as the dealer can't sell me a warranty apparently :?

Whilst I was there I asked about service costs - about £170 for an oil service and *gulp* £900 for an Inspection 2. However - having read about some dealers who seem to have less than the required knowledge of servicing an
M - I was impressed when he said that they'd need it for two days because of the need to check valve clearances & shims when the engine is stone cold.
 
Cleaned a little bit of bird crap off the boot lid, at least the guy next to me bore the brunt of it. Went for bruch then shopping with my folks. Spent way too much money on deposit for a custom built trunk and a hotel for silverstone classic and I thought next month was going to be bad
