Sorry, you're talking absolute bollocks - and not for the first time....
So sunlight and fresh air are no good for you?
Typical non sequitur, logical fallacy tactic used by a number of proponents of conspiracy theories - make a statement that is obviously correct and then draw erroneous conclusions from that statement without any evidence to connect them.
Just because 'A' is true it doesn't mean that it has a causal effect...
One of the main problems of 'The Internet Age' is it allows those who are not fully connected to reality a platform to air views which they claim are backed by scientific 'evidence' and, potentially, reach as large an audience as those that fully understand the subject. You no longer need to have several degrees, a PhD and years of experience to be considered an expert - a flimsy understanding of scientific principals, a basic grasp of rhetoric and a YouTube channel is good enough...
A small, but increasingly noisy, segment of the population will believe theories that, in past years, would have placed them squarely in the 'tin foil hat' brigade - these are exactly the people who like to spread the pseudoscientific mantra as it lets them claim that they 'know things' from 'sources' giving them a sense of importance.
As you clearly fall into this camp, I'll leave it there so that you can retire to your cellar, put on your tin-foil beanie and exchange secret messages with the other elite.
