Had mine out for the first time in 2 weeks   .
It has just clicked over 22300 this morning 2007 Interlagos roadster.

Using it less and less as I now have my own business so a lot less leisure time to enjoy the car,its been swapped for a
Fiat Doblo 1.3 multijet :driving: with a massive 74bhp.
Must admit though after driving a wee van all week 340bhp certainly feels special again after getting used to driving it all the time.

Come on guys! Not sure about the rest but I would be more interested in where you've taken your M, either road trips or tracks - obviously with the mandatory pictures

I hear all the time that the engine and the driving experience is sublime / so let's get the covers off and out of the garage :)

Damn!!! We were having such a nice cosy time until Ranski showed up

Looks like I'm stuck in the middle @ 39k, but I guessing most of these lower milers will catch me up as I'm only doing 2k a year.

Surely on a car forum, specifically on an M forum, this has got to be the most boring thread ever.

Why make a big deal about how little your car has been driven!

Drive. It.

Ha, very good point.

For those questioning the need/ point/ validity of this thread. We quite often see people searching for cars asking for low mileage examples. There was one thread recently questioning the buyers ability to even find a car still meeting their strict requirements.

A forum is about generating interesting threads, but it is also about providing information. Personally, I found much of the information on this forum incredibly helpful during my own search.

One area of information that I think could be helpful is just how many "low mileage" ///Ms are still kicking around. This thread isn't going to feature on any "bestseller" or "must read" lists, but I hope it can be a helpful resource for some.

So, if the 'holier than thou' brigade are finished, let's carry on

I've come to the conclusion the mileage issue is irrelevant. With M3's running the S54 engine to 150k miles + these things are bomb proof anyway. It's nice to have a car that half a dozen people haven't farted their dinner into for 6 years but apart from that, meh.

Buy what you can afford and drive it like you stole it. Otherwise you're just paying the depreciation for the next owner.

I'm on 24.5k miles.

I did, I'm on my own in an exclusive club of one.

This low mileage malarkey makes you think though. Take Mr Truemans roadster Immie. The original owner of that car in depreciation alone would have been better off financially getting taxis everywhere. Didn't it have like 5k on the clock? 5k miles, 20k depreciation.

If you dont use it your basically paying for someone else to enjoy it when you sell.... My opinion anyway
