My vote goes tot he F type for a few reasons:
I've driven every derivative from 3l to V8, roadster and coupe (most for a weekend
). They sound awesome, look so much nicer than anything in the group and are well built.
Now the market has cooled they are becoming attainable to buy, but stil a head turning sight.
Of course those interested in pure performance should just get an Aerial or similar

The V8 vantage service schedule is service every year or 10k. An annual service is £900 and Oil services are £495 from dealers. The engines seem fairly bullet proof and Aston services are renowned for being very good and take the customer seriously. Its sensors that apparently are the culprits on the V8.
This doesn't take into consideration the expensive parts and labour. But for a car of its pedigree its more expensive than the competition 911 etc Porsche servicing is very similar to M servicing in cost parts and labour are also similar.
A V12… well I'm sure its more expensive but the 12s apparently aren't as reliable as the V8s.
i *think* the v12 service is the same or very similar, per my convo with AM at FoS. The V12 isn't known to be unreliable, i think it's easier to work on (even if it's crammed in). The V8 however, i understand to be pretty solid, i read somewhere pretty much none ever fail.
The V12 would be the dream, i'd take the manual, and id love the V12 S too but price is £80k vs £130k+

If every Porsche has similar seats to Tony's Cayman then your back would be much better after making that trip in my Evora - think you're probably right about the comfort in the Exige, but OG is right too - it's an awesome car.
I'm sure we could all add lots of cars to your list - but I'll make sure you get a ride in mine so you can fully experience the roar of the engine and the fizz of the air intake, it just keeps you coming back for more :evil:

Interested to know how many people have test driven the Jag. I'm currently telling myself I'm not old enough to drive one, but I am edging ever closer to another big birthday so this must not be the case soon
TBH every time I see Metal Lickers signature I wonder if my next car might be an E89, assuming I don't buy an M of course :roll:

I actually find the result really surprising on here since over a year ago when I first tested and posted there was a strong anti Jag and F type feedback.

Yes but come on CJ....it's the only proper Roadster model in the list on a Forum made up of 95% roadster owners! It won't be up there in the biggest surprises of all time will it?

In 2013 & 14 when I made posts about F types they are not that well liked by many. Overpriced. Old mans car, etc. etc and here we see it the clear favourite and not by a slim margin.
Give it another year and you'll be out of denial about Jaguars and may even fancy the Coupe R
(And you know I'm only teasing you)
